BSc in Mathematics & Computer Science, MSc in Innovation & Entrepreneurship. Began my career at a start-up helping clients adopt innovative technology.

Came to realise the real barriers to successful adoption weren't technological, but behavioural.

Five years at Vodafone in a disruptive innovation team dedicated to solving problems in imaginative ways for the global services business.

Led and built Vodafone's AI portfolio, scaling pilots from zero to thousands of users globally. As the technology evolved, I helped shape the organisation's approach to GenAI. Used behavioural innovation to make the change stick.

Moved to LEGO, an organisation whose success depends on its creative people. My aim is to help those people develop their careers and reimagine their roles with AI.

In my spare time I enjoy helping people shape their business ideas at the earliest stage. I founded Bluedawn to help ‘pre-founders’ turn their idea into reality & to take it to their customers.
